Center for Euro-Atlantic Studies (CEAS) from Belgrade considers that today’s decision of the provisional institutions in Pristina to pass the laws on the transformation of the Kosovo Security Force (KSF) comes at a very difficult moment for the Republic of Serbia and its citizens. CEAS welcomes the reserved rhetoric of the relevant state institutions in these especially difficult local and international circumstances.
Own Goal by Haradinaj and Washington Post- Jelena Milic review of the opinion piece by Haradinaj published by Washington Post
Center for Euro-Atlantic Studies (CEAS) Serbia Director Jelena Milić’s review of the opinion piece by Ramush Haradinaj published by the Washington Post
The Center for Euro-Atlantic Studies from Belgrade, Serbia (CEAS) would like to bring to your attention the latest examples of threats and a smearing campaign against CEAS and in particular its director Ms. Jelena Milić brought by Vojislav Šešelj, convicted war criminal and Jugoslav Petrušić, a mercenary from the Milosevic era and currently on trial for assassination of two Kosovo Albanians in 1999, among other obscure things he has been involved in. Both of these characters are vehemently denying genocide in Srebrenica and relativizing Serbian armed forces’ crimes during the war in Kosovo.
The Center for Euro-Atlantic Studies from Belgrade condemns a series of recent dangerous and thoughtless statements and ill-considered political moves by Sulejman Ugljanin, who is simultaneously President of the Party of Democratic Action and the President of the Bosnian National Council, which speaks in itself of the “bad situation of the Bosniaks” in Serbia.
Announcement: Influence of pro-Putin structures on Belgrade election that no one is talking about – From "Zavetnici" list, Mr. Ristić, Mr. Sinđelić, to ''Ne davimo Beograd'' list
The Center for Euro-Atlantic Studies (CEAS) from Belgrade expresses great concern regarding the fact that, despite numerous indications and obvious connections, during the election campaign for Belgrade elections, which many consider transcend the limits of communal, management and other issues related only to the city of Belgrade, none of election participants, commentators and the media mentions the illegitimate, non-transparent, and possibly a criminal influence of pro-Putin structures on themselves. Of particular concern is that the supposedly democratically oriented opposition parties did not utter a single word about this issue. At least CEAS has written enough about the multiple relationships and connections of the current Serbian government and Putin's government.
The Center for Euro-Atlantic Studies (CEAS) from Belgrade calls on the Business Registers Agency and other competent authorities to pay attention to the profile and operations of the organization named Serbian Euro-Atlantic Cooperation (SEAS), registered on May 25 2016 at the Business Registers Agency, under the registration number 109526366. The founder of this organization is a certain Vencislav Bujić, publicly known as a person who maintains ties to the Serbs who are participating on the side of pro-Russian forces in the war in Ukraine.
