Neke elementarne nepogode ne mogu se sprečiti, ali može da se uradi mnogo toga na pripremi stanovništva za takve situacije kako bi šteta i po građane i ona materijalna bila što manja, ocenili su gosti N1 Sandra Nedeljković i Zdravko Maksimovićem. Kažu da u tom procesu mora da učestvuju svi nivoi vlasti, ali i nevladin sektor i građani.
